SHAPED PRODUCTS

Shaped products are made mainly by pressing, eventually by hand ramming into the metal moulds or wooden steel-sheet lined moulds. Products with hydraulic bond can be made by vibrating into the moulds too.

All delivered shaped products are calcinated to temperature 800°C min. in the end of the production process.

Quality KSTC

shaped products based on fused silica with hydraulic bond.

Quality KSI 99

shaped products based on fused silica with chemical bond with high content of SiO2. They are used mainly in glass industry with respect to the chemical purity.

Quality KSP 98

shaped products based on fused silica with chemical bond. These products are used in the most stressed parts of the furnace agregats with respect to the high content of SiO2.

Quality KSP 95 C

shaped products basend on fused silica with phosphate bond. These products are used mainly for repairs (cold and hot repairs in coke-oven batteries).
